Cause:When receiving this message there is a chance the date being used is incorrect. To find the date used when posting sales tax go through the following steps.
Solution:
To find out what date was used when taxes were posted, go to Order Entry/File/Orders and search by delivery date tab. Enter the month figuring taxes for. View the jobcost information on one of those records. Bottom right will show the 'Tax Paid' date. Sometimes taxes get posted to the incorrect month, this information will clarify that. Unpost taxes with the date shown here.
