Line Commission detail not showing on commission report.

Cause: Line commission detail not showing on commission report when all salespersons are tagged. One salesperson was posted as a additional commission on a claim.

Details:

Steps to find which salesperson:

1) Un-tag and only tag one salesperson at a time, print the report. Continue doing this process until the salesperson that does not print a line detail for line commissions.

2) The report should show all commission for this salesperson, one of them will be a claim. Go to the claim and remove the salesperson off the claim. Go to the additional tab on the claim, and then additional commission record. Click on the Delete Commission Icon.
