Cause:

Solution:
  1. Go to Accounting/File/General Ledger/GL Functions.
  2. Click on Print Journal.
  3. Untag print journal, tag all stores, tag all GL codes
  4. Check box for Batch Entries Only,
  5. Enter appropriate date parameters.
