View Split Commission Percent On Order

Type- Can be Global, Assigned or User

 Commissions may be split between salesperson at ratios of other than 50/50.  Mark View Split Commission Percent on Order as yes makes the option for Edit Commission Split Percent available. Only answer yes for this on users authorized to set the commission percentages.  When entering an order with both these options checked, the user can manually change the commission percentages.  The first option allows viewing the splits only. This option applies only to editing on the order. The commission percentages are available for editing during job costing and estimated job cost. To restrict the use of this feature in those places, use passwords.

Edit Split Commission Percent On Order

Type- Can be Global, Assigned or User

For this option to be available, the option >Utilities>System Options>Order Entry>Order Entry>View Split Commission Percent on Order must be set to yes.

At this point, the abiltiy to edit the percentage of the sale can be changed.

Make needed changes by selecting either button, the system will automatically populate the difference on the remaining sales rep
