How to Relate a Contact to a Prospect or Customer

It is possible to add a contact which is not a prospect or a customer which are related to a record. For example a designer who is working with a retail customer. 'Related contacts' is where that information is stored.

Click Contacts  on the toolbar

Click the Insert button.  

Fill in the Information on the Adding Contact screen.  On the Upper Left conor is the Related to screen.
