Installed the payroll end of year update and year to date figures are picking up previous year.

Error:

Cause:Trigger is to prepare payroll. Cannot just look at worker information and see the ytd has changed after the update is installed.

Solution:

Once the end of year payroll update has been installed, go to Accounting/File/Human Resources

In Human Resources go to File/Prepare Payroll

Once in prepare payroll click OK at the bottom of the screen.

A message will pop up stating Update New Tax Tables? Select Yes.

Exit when finished.
