Information being updated when new cost entered.

After entering a new cost from the red dollar sign, products will now update the following fields on the pricelist record:

If a promo cut date is present will use those dates (start/end date), other wise will use roll promo dates. Same for cut.

These fields are only visible in priceing and tagging.
