Why can't a sales report be printed for all stores?

The sales reports module has been updated so that the stores available for reporting will be the same as the stores selected in  Orders Stores Visible to User.  For example if a workstation can only enter orders for Stores 100,300 and 500, those will be the only stores available for to choose from under Sales Reports.
