How does Picking Ticket arrive at the Beginning and Ending Amounts for Rolls and Items?

RFMS does the following steps to get the Beginning and Ending amounts for Rolls and Items on a Picking Ticket.

1. Total the Quantity of Order Lines for all Orders in a Cut or Reserved status for the particular inventory (Roll Number or Item Number + Item Sequence Number). 

1. Beginning Amount = (Inventory Amount Available) + (Cut or Reserve Amounts for this Inventory) + (Amount from Line being Cut)

1. Ending Amount = (Beginning Amount) - (Amount from Line being Cut)

Every time a Line is printed on the Picking Ticket, the Cut or Reserve Amount is decreased by the Amount from the just printed Inventory. In this way, even when there are more than one Line on the Order from the same Inventory, the Beginning and Ending amounts maintain integrity.
