Print a Credit Card Signature area on an Acknowledgment/Invoice

Once the Credit Card Configuration  has been done and a payment has been posted in the Reference Field on the Payment Screen,

when the user goes to print an acknowledgment/invoice, the Print Credit Signature checkbox will show. 

 This will actually appear on the invoice.

The box will only show if the last payment made on the particular invoice you are printing was a credit card payment.
