Ways to skip the Discount Rate field when it is 0

Instead of tabbing through the Discount Rate field if the discount is 0, use the hot keys to go to the next fields.

Insert - Ctrl I

Change - Ctrl C

Delete - Ctrl D

F7 - Copy

Notes - Ctrl N

Remit - Ctrl R

OK - Ctrl O

Cancel - Ctrl C
