Month End Inventory Balance Report in early version 19 releases

Version 19.0.3 is available to download/install at RFMS.com to correct an issue with the Month End Inventory Balance report in the previous 19 versions. RFMS was using the purchase order date instead of the Received/Costed dates.  Updating to 19.0.3 with correct the date issue going forward.
