Deleting Old Purchase Orders

Inventory>File>Purchase Orders>Delete button 

This selection deletes highlighted satisfied orders. Using the purge routine in Accounting>Utilities>Maintenance>Purge Purchase Orders, satisfied and cancelled purchase orders can be deleted according to order date and a report of the purged records can be printed.
