Auto PO - To Buy List Screen Toolbar – RFMS Core

This screen shows customer order lines that are in a Gen PO status.

	Exit	To return to the Purchase Order Main screen
	Help	Displays the on-line help system for the current screen
	Edit	Allows changes to be made to the highlighted PO
	Tag	Tags the line to order
	Tag All	Tags all the Order Lines on the screen
	Un-tag	Un-tags the highlighted Order Line
	Un-tag All	Un-tags all Order Lines for PO Generations
	Display Inventory	Shows if the roll/item on the line is in inventory and allows you to assign it
	Notes	Shows the notes attached to the To Be Ordered line
	Color Crossover	Allows viewing of Color Crossover information for material on the highlighted Order Line.
	Merge	Searches for lines of the same material which may be combined into one purchase order
	Done	After all PO lines to be ordered have been tagged, click this button
	Find	Find only shows those that meet the criterion set on the Find screen. This button turns blue if a find is in effect.
	Reset	Reset the Custom Find
	Attachments	View, Add, or Edit attachments on the highlighted Order Line
