Products - Apply Deactivations

Products>File>Apply Deactivations

This selection will mark active records as inactive if they have an inactive date entered on the Product record or color records that precede or equals the system date. 

Marking records as inactive will allow you to retain Product history. 

Inactive records will not show up when you press F8 to import product information into purchase orders or order entry.

Products with a Cancel Date less than or equal to today and active will be set to inactive.

Any color that is part of that product will also become inactive.

Colors with a Cancel Date less than or equal to today and active will be set to inactive.

Products that are active and are Rolls or Items with no active colors will be set to inactive.
