Special Notice regarding version 22.0.1 for California users

The California Stewardship changes effective April 1, 2022 required changes in RFMS to utilize the Product/Color for its rate instead of the product code as it had in the past.  RFMS Support has worked with California clients regarding two main topics since this change:

It has been reported that when assigning existing inventory to an order line, the assessment failed to calculate.  Upon reviewing data, the inventory record was not associated with a product record.  This disassociation would result in a $0.00 fee.  Additional information regarding disassociation can be found HERE.  To alleviate the concern, RFMS has added a “behind the scenes” feature that will attempt to reattach the missing information on the order line.  This will not reassociate the inventory record, but it will pull the assessment rate to the product record if it finds matching criteria.  This new feature is included in version 22.0.1.  We encourage all California clients to update to this version.  Additionally, if you would like to confirm that there are no preexisting orders that failed to create the assessment due to disassociation, please create a support ticket by E-mailing rfms-help@cyncly.com.
