The new owner dashboard offers customizable widgets so you can configure the dashboard in a way that works best for you. The changes made to this dashboard are sticky. When you switch to the Dashboard Screen they are available and up to date.
How to Configure the Dashboard
- Select the Configure Dashboard button located under the breadcrumbs at the top of the screen.
- Drag and drop the widget(s) you wish to use, more than one of a kind can be added.
- Delete a widget by clicking the delete icon,
, next to the three vertical dots,
.
- When complete, select Save Dashboard.
Additional Options
| Reset | Reset the dashboard to the previously saved configuration. |
| Cancel | Cancel configuring the dashboard. |
| Refresh | Update the widgets on the screen. |
Using Widgets
- The available widgets will be listed at the top of the screen.
- Drag and drop a widget to the area below to add them.
- More than one of a type of widget can be added.
- Widgets can be reordered by dragging them to a new position on the screen.
If more than a single type of widget is added, a number in parentheses will be next to the name to differentiate them. (Custom naming will be in a future update).
Widget Settings
Adjust the information displayed by clicking the the three vertical dots, , and selecting Settings.

The profitability widget allows you to view net profit, gross margin, expenses, and financial ratios within a set date range. Note: These dates are limited by the last journal close date. |
The sales overview widget allows you to view written and delivered sales by store(s) and time period: year to date, quarter to date, month to date, last year, last quarter, last month, today, or a custom period. |
