Customers are not showing in customer file.

Customer not showing in the customer file, because the customer was created as a prospect for Commercial Project Management.

Details:

Go to customer file, click on binocular icon  to filter the customer records. Then click on the option to Include CPM Prospects, also click ALL for stores, store types, salesperson, and tag all for customer types. Leave dates as defaulted.

There will be customer records with the letter P in the CM column. Highlight the name and click on the edit icon .

A box will pop up like below, click on Yes.
