Sales Tax Authority Changes Tax

To change the Tax Rates for a state county or city, please go to Order Entry > Utilities > Set Up > Cities 

Highlight & Change the regions where the Tax Rates changed.   

To change multiple regions,

• Click the Percent Icon  and the Adjust Rates for selected States screen will open.

• Adjust the Sales Tax or Use Tax percent appropriately by entering the amount that the percent has changed (not the actual tax percent).
•  Select the states need to be change from the list on the right.  This list is pulled from all the cities in the city list.
•  Click Ok.

 

For your Store please go to Order Entry >Utilities >Set Up > Stores. 

Change the Sales Tax Percent to the correct amount on the right side of the screen.

To update the tax on existing orders, Add/Edit an Order Line, re-import the Ship-To Address.
