Copying and Pasting Information into RFMS

RFMS cannot convert data when it's copied and pasted. If user copied lower case, we'll post it in lower case. This causes issues throughout software and is not something we can program against at this point in time.

Users need to make sure that data is entered/pasted in Upper Case to avoid this issue.
