Notifications - Edit Orders, Quotes, and BidPro Estimates

If setting up a notification for when an order, quote, or BidPro Estimate is edited, there are only certain fields that will trigger the notification to be sent. 

The fields that will trigger an Edit Order Notification are:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Ship To City
• Store
• UD Job #
• PO Number
• Sales Rep #1
• Sales Rep #2
• UD ED Date
• Invoice Date
• Tax Status
• Grand Total
• Balance
• Commission Split Percentage
• “Adding claims, overages, add ons and credit memos is considered editing an existing order and would trigger an Edit Order notification NOT a New Order notification.

The fields that will trigger an Edit Quote Notification are:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Ship To City
• Store
• UD Job #
• PO Number
• Sales Rep #1
• Sales Rep #2
• UD ED Date
• Tax Status
• Grand Total

The fields that will trigger an Edit BidPro Estimate Notification are:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Ship To City
• Store
• UD Job #
• PO Number
• Sales Per 1
• Sales Per 2
• Start
• Tax Status
• Total
