How to bypass billing group when opening/editing order

Billing groups provide a powerful tool in RFMS for organization and billing.   However, when an order is in a billing group, double clicking a highlighted order (or clicking the edit order icon) will force an extra step because RFMS will open the billing group first.  There may be times when a billing group does not need to be reviewed when opening an order. To bypass the billing group completely, perform two clicks with the mouse as outlined below:

1. RIGHT click the edit order icon (Pencil icon)
2. Left click Edit Order
