System is not allowing unreference lines, the option is unavailable.

1.Order Entry>Utilities>Set Up>Stores

2.Select the store by highlighting it

3.Edit the Store

4.Uncheck option in store code file Require Styles to be Product File.

5.Set "Allow Unreferenced Lines" and "Generate Purchase Order Only if Order Line is from Products" to YES
