What does Met and Not Met mean in Certified Payroll?

If you are using Certified Payroll, this column will show you if the requirements have been met or not met. 

If the requirement have been met the words MET and a green checkmark will appear in this column.  If they have not been met the words NOT MET and a green checkmark with a red slash will appear.  This all depends on what was entered in the Provider Rate Matrix.
