If the order is in a Billing Group is partially billed, then adjusting the total is not allowed. The best way to adjust a total on partial billed order is to use a service line with no cost or the Misc Charges field on the right.
The adjust total button will not appear if there is only one line of the order, in this case the line total should be adjusted.
If a single order has been billed the adjust total button will not be available.
