This button is used to adjust the total of a quote or invoice (header AND lines). For example, let's say you have an invoice for $14,996.99 and you want it to be for an even $15,000. You would click the button and enter on $15,000. RFMS would adjust the lines to make your invoice $15,000 instead of $14,996.99.
The adjust total button will not appear if there is only one line of the order, in this case the line total should be adjusted.
This option cannot be hidden, but it can be password protected. Please follow the steps outlined below to do so:
Open up an an order in Order Entry.
- Hit Ctrl + Alt + F6 on your keyboard to enter "Set Password Mode."
- Click on the Adjust Total button.
- (If it asks for a password, enter in your Level one password and click OK).
- Highlight the password level that you DO want to have access to this feature.
- Click the finger icon.
- Hit Ctrl + Alt + F6 on your keyboard to exit "Set Password Mode."
