Property Connect Users - After updating to Version 17.0 or higher

Please follow these steps:

1) Send us a copy of their old config by creating a Zendesk ticket with a title similar to "Property Connect Update to 17.0", and attach the config to that ticket.  Also let us know if you are using https.
2) Ensure .NET Framework 4.5 is installed.
3) Drop the new config file into place once you have received the file from us.
4) Edit application pool running Property Connect to use CLR v4.0.30319
5) Restart application pool
6) Restart IIS.
