The email response can be editing through the EmailResponse.html file that is located in the Property Connect folder in the RFMS Directory. We suggest you make a copy of this file before you make any changes.
Once the file is opened in a brower, click the ellipse at the top right.
Next click More Tools and then click Developer Tools.
Changes will then be made in the Html code on the right side of the screen.
