How Many Users Do I have in RFMS and Which Ones are in the Program?

Let's look at how to find out how many users you have in RFMS and exactly which users are in the program.

From any RFMS module, click on Utilities>System Options.

Next, click on the System Information Summary button.

The System Information Summary screen will open.  Around the middle of the screen are the Allowed Users and the Current Users fields.  The Allowed Users are how many RFMS licenses the system has been issued.  To find out the users that are currently using RFMS, click the magnifying glass.

The Current Users in RFMS screen opens.  It will give you total numbers of users allowed and how many are being used at the top of the screen.  It also list the names of all the users currently in RFMS.

Knowing where to find this information can help when limit errors appear or when you are looking at adding to your user count.
