An easy way for your sales representatives to see their commission is to use the My Commissions Report in Order Entry.
It is located under the Reports menu.
It uses the same report routine as the preliminary commissions report from accounting, but is limited to the sales rep which is printing it.
For this report to be available >Utilities>System Options>System Wide>General>Password only on Entrymust be set to yes.
This report does require some password set up. The details for this listed in the article My Commissions Report.
The report menu option will then be visible when that password is entered on entry to the system. Only that user’s commissions will be available.
The report menu allows the user to select many different options in setting up how to view/print the document.
It is an easy way to let them view their commissions fast and easy and right in Order Entry.
